Registration Criteria

Nextgen Cabin Crew Services Agency

To be considered for registration into our Cabin Crew Coaching and Mentorship Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. Age Requirement

Must be between 18 and 30 years old.

2. Interest in Aviation

Must demonstrate a genuine passion for aviation and customer service.

Applicants should have a clear desire to pursue a career as a cabin crew member or in the aviation industry.

3. Body Mass Index (BMI)

BMI must be within the healthy range of 18.5 to 24.9.

This aligns with international physical standards for cabin crew roles.

4. Finesse and Personal Presentation

Must display elegance, grooming, and professional etiquette.

A neat, polished appearance and confident body language are essential.

Shortlisted applicants may be invited for a finesse screening (virtual or in-person).

5. Character and Conduct

Must possess integrity, discipline, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.

A clean personal record is required
